Atelier Cuisine et Culture: Voyage Gourmand avec Muriel

Join Muriel, a long-time resident of Lyon, in her Tucson kitchen for a warm, hands-on culinary experience. Muriel will take you on a mini culinary tour. In this workshop, you'll prepare and enjoy flan aux asperges, Couscous crevettes et bisque, Gratin de fruits au sabayon de Champagne. French is encouraged but not required.
